§ 36-9A-24 — Reinstatement of lapsed license.
South Dakota·Title 36 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 36-8 CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONERS AND CERTIFIED NURSE MIDWIVES
A license holder who fails to renew the license as provided in §§ 36-9A-22 and 36-9A-23 may be reinstated upon meeting the terms and conditions prescribed by the board and upon payment of the required fee.
