Text

The board shall provide a notice for renewal of license to every license holder at least ninety days prior to the expiration date of the person's license. The license holder shall, before the expiration date, pay the required fee to the board. If the license holder meets the requirements established by the board in rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 and pays the required fee, the board shall renew the license.
