§ 36-9A-22 — Renewal of license.
South Dakota·Title 36 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 36-8 CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONERS AND CERTIFIED NURSE MIDWIVES
The license of every person licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall be renewed biennially, except as provided in § 36-9A-25 . The expiration date shall be established by the board.
