South Dakota·Title 36 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 36-8 CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONERS AND CERTIFIED NURSE MIDWIVES
A person licensed to practice as a certified nurse practitioner in this state may use the title, APRN, and certified nurse practitioner abbreviated, CNP. A person licensed to practice as a certified nurse midwife in this state may use the title, APRN, and certified nurse midwife abbreviated, CNM.
