Text
If an institution fails to correct the deficiencies for which notice is given pursuant to § 36-9-66 to the satisfaction of the Board of Nursing within a reasonable time, the board shall conduct proceedings under chapter 1-26 and may, if appropriate, withdraw its approval of an institution's program.
