Text

Upon application and payment of the required fee, the board may issue a limited license to any nurse enrolled in a reentry program to practice only under the direct, personal supervision of a licensed registered nurse. Each limited license shall bear an issuance date and a termination date and may not be valid for more than ninety days. Upon successful completion of a reentry program, the nurse may apply for a license or renewal of a license.
