§ 36-9-31 — Examination required for registered nursing license--Issuance of license.

South Dakota·Title 36 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 36-8 REGISTERED AND PRACTICAL NURSES
Upon application and payment of the required fee, the applicant for a license to practice as a registered nurse shall pass a written examination approved by the board. Upon achieving the passing standard as determined by the board and if otherwise qualified under § 36-9-49 , the board shall issue to the applicant a license to practice as a registered nurse.
