Text
The board may remit the license fee of any optometrist on active duty in the armed forces of the United States. For the purposes of this section, the term, active duty in the armed forces, means full-time duty in the active military services and reserve components of the United States, including the National Guard and Reserve, while serving under published orders for active duty or full-time training.
