Text
In the prosecution of any person for violation of this chapter, it is not necessary to allege or prove lack of a valid license to practice as a dentist or a dental hygienist or a valid registration to practice as a dental radiographer or a registered dental assistant but such proof of licensure or registration is a matter of defense to be established by the defendant.
