§ 36-6A-3 — Appointment and term of lay member.
South Dakota·Title 36 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 36-6 DENTISTS, DENTAL HYGIENISTS AND DENTAL AUXILIARIES
The lay member shall be appointed by the Governor and shall have the same term of office as other members of the Board of Dentistry.
