§ 36-6A-11 — Quorum.
South Dakota·Title 36 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 36-6 DENTISTS, DENTAL HYGIENISTS AND DENTAL AUXILIARIES
A majority of board members constitutes a quorum. A majority vote of those present shall constitute a decision of the entire board.
