A person who does not hold a license or temporary permit under this chapter as a respiratory care practitioner or whose license or temporary permit has been suspended or revoked may not use in connection with the person's practice the words, respiratory care, respiratory therapist, respiratory care practitioner, certified respiratory care practitioner, respiratory therapy technician, inhalation therapist, or respiratory care therapist, or the letters, R.C.P., or any other words, letters, abbreviations, or insignia indicating that the person is a respiratory care practitioner, or otherwise represent in any way that the person is a respiratory care practitioner. A person who holds a license or temporary permit to practice respiratory care under this chapter may use the title, respiratory car
