South Dakota Statutes
§ 36-4A-4 — Unlicensed practice prohibited--Exceptions--Penalty.
Except as provided in §§ 36-4A-5 and 36-4A-6 , any individual who practices as a physician assistant in this state, without a license issued by the board, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Each violation is a separate offense.
