South Dakota Statutes
§ 36-4A-39 — Right of appeal from board.
Any party feeling aggrieved by any acts, rulings, or decision of said board acting pursuant to § 36-4A-37 , shall have the right to appeal the same under the provisions of chapter 1-26 .
