Text
If any physician assistant, licensed in this state, licensed or authorized to practice in any other state or territory of the United States, or credentialed as a physician assistant by a federal employer, is responding to a need for medical care created by a natural disaster or other gubernatorially declared emergency, that physician assistant may render the care that the physician assistant is able to provide.
