Text

The Board of Examiners shall hold two regular meetings each year at a time to be fixed by the board. The Board of Examiners may hold special meetings at such other times as necessary. All meetings must be held at the place within the state as the board shall determine. The Board of Examiners may act on matters without receiving prior communication or recommendations from any of its appointed professional councils if the board determines that action is necessary to protect public health, interest, or safety.
