Text

A medical or osteopathic college seeking approval by the Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners shall file with the board an application on forms provided by the board. It shall also provide such other or further information as the board requests in writing. Prior to issuing any approval the board may require, in its sole discretion, that such school be inspected by a member or representative of the board. The school applying for approval shall pay all expenses incurred by the board in making such an inspection.
