Text

The board may impose any of the following disciplinary actions on a speech-language pathologist or a speech-language-pathology assistant after formal or informal disciplinary action:

(1)Refuse to renew a license;
(2)Issue a letter of reprimand or concern;
(3)Impose probationary conditions;
(4)Require reimbursement to the board for costs of the investigation and proceeding;
(5)Suspend or revoke a license;
(6)Impose practice or supervision requirements, or both; or (7) Require attendance at continuing education programs specified by the board as to content and hours.
