§ 36-33-65 — Conformity of revocation proceedings--Appeal.
All proceedings regarding the suspension, revocation, or cancellation of a license shall conform to the procedure set forth in chapter 1-26 . A party may appeal any act, ruling, or decision regarding a license, in accordance with chapter 1-26 .
