South Dakota Statutes
§ 36-29-6 — License fees--Promulgation of rules.
The board shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26 , to set:
(1)Application fees, not to exceed one hundred dollars; and (2) Licensure renewal fees, not to exceed fifty dollars.
