Text

The Board of Examiners of Psychologists shall investigate every alleged violation of this chapter pursuant to chapter 36-1C. The board may employ special counsel, subject to approval, supervision, control, and direction by the attorney general, to assist in the prosecution of violations of this chapter, and to spend the necessary funds for that purpose.
