§ 36-26-5 — Terms of appointment.

South Dakota·Title 36 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 36-23 SOCIAL WORKERS
Appointments to the board shall be for terms of three years, beginning on October thirty-first. The appointee's term shall expire on October thirtieth in the third year of appointment. No member of the board may serve for more than three successive full terms. However, appointment to an unexpired term is not considered as a full term.
