Text

The commission shall promulgate rules, in accordance with chapter 1-26 , on fees for:

(1)An application for an initial apprentice license;
(2)An initial apprentice license;
(3)The annual renewal of an apprentice license;
(4)An examination for a third-year apprentice; and (5) A temporary license. The temporary license fee must be paid prior to taking the examination for the first time. No fee may exceed fifty dollars.
