South Dakota Statutes
§ 36-24-31 — Change of business information--Board notice.
Each licensee, upon changing a name, place of employment, or place of business, must, within ninety days thereafter, provide the board with updated information. A post office box number may not be the address of the place of business. The board may provide any notice required to be given by the board to a licensee by mailing the notice to the licensee's place of business on file with the board.
