Text

All moneys coming into the custody of the board must be paid by the board to the state treasurer. The state treasurer shall credit the moneys to the Board of Licensed Hearing Aid Dispensers and Audiologists account of the general fund, which account is hereby created. The moneys in the account are hereby continuously appropriated to the board for the purpose of paying the expense of administering and enforcing the provisions of this chapter. The total expenses incurred by the board may not exceed the total moneys collected.
