Text

No licensee acting as a transaction broker has any duty to:

(1)Conduct an independent inspection of the property for the benefit of any party to the transaction;
(2)Independently verify the accuracy or completeness of statements made by the seller, landlord, buyer, tenant, or qualified third - party inspector; or (3) Conduct an independent investigation of the buyer's or tenant's financial condition.
