Text
Any person who has violated any provision of this chapter or any rule promulgated pursuant to this chapter, is subject to the following penalties:
(1)Administrative fine:
(a)Licensed person: Any person licensed by the board who violates any provision of this chapter is liable for an administrative fine not to exceed two thousand dollars for each offense;
(b)Licensed business entity: Any business entity permitted to practice by the board that violates any provision of this chapter is liable for an administrative fine not to exceed five thousand dollars for each offense. An administrative fine not paid within sixty days from the date of the order imposing the fine may be enforced by an action in the appropriate county circuit court.
