In lieu of or in addition to any disciplinary remedy provided in § 36-18A-57 or civil remedy provided in § 36-18A-61 , the board may require, as a condition of continued licensure, termination of suspension, reinstatement of license, examination, or release of examination grades, that the person:
(1)Submit to a qualifying review of the person's ability, skills, or quality of work. The person may be required to attend remedial education courses; and (2) Complete to the satisfaction of the board continuing professional education courses as the board may specify by rule or order, pursuant to chapter 1-26 .
