Text

The board shall maintain the following record and report policy:

(1)A record of its proceedings and all current applications of licensure shall be retained;
(2)The record of the board shall be prima facie evidence of the proceedings of the board, and a transcript thereof, duly certified by the executive director of the board, shall be admissible as evidence with the same force and effect as if the original were produced; and (3) The following are of a confidential nature and are not public records: examination scores, examination material, examination problem solutions, letters of inquiry and references concerning applicants, board inquiry forms concerning applicants and licensees, and investigation files if any investigation is still pending.
