Text
The Board of Technical Professions is created to administer the provisions of this chapter. Each member of the board shall receive a certificate of appointment from the Governor and shall file with the secretary of state a written oath for the faithful discharge of the member's official duties. The board shall consist of seven members to be appointed by the Governor for a term of three years. No member may serve more than three consecutive full terms. However, appointment to fill an unexpired term is not considered a complete term for this purpose. The board shall be composed of two professional engineers, two architects, two land surveyors, and one member from the public.
