§ 36-16-38 — Promulgation of rules for reinstatement of expired license.
The State Electrical Commission shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26 , to provide for the reinstatement of an expired license and for a reinstatement fee not to exceed one hundred dollars.
