Text

An applicant for any license or permit shall first submit evidence, satisfactory to the commission that the applicant:

(1)Is at least eighteen years of age or older, except as otherwise provided in this chapter; and (2) Has complied with all the rules adopted by the commission as to the qualifications, standards, and requirements required for the license and application.
