§ 36-14-29 — Barbershop license--Display--Transfer prohibited--Expiration.
The license required by § 36-14-27 must be conspicuously displayed in the barbershop. A license is not transferable from person to person, location to location, or to a new operator at the same location. The license expires on May thirty-first each year.
