Text
The Board of Barber Examiners shall promulgate rules, in accordance with chapter 1-26 , to set the following fees, which may not exceed the amounts specified:
(1)An examination to determine an applicant's fitness to receive a certificate of registration to practice barbering and the issuance of the certificate, three hundred dollars;
(2)The annual renewal of a certificate of registration to practice barbering, three hundred dollars;
(3)The restoration of an expired certificate, thirty-five dollars, plus twenty-five dollars for each year the certificate is expired;
(4)A permit to operate a barber school, six hundred dollars annually; and (5) An annual inspection of a barbershop or barber school, one hundred fifty dollars.
