§ 36-14-22 — Registered barber--Certificate renewal--Expiration.
Each registered barber who continues in active practice shall annually, on or before May thirty-first, renew the barber's certificate of registration and pay the required fee. Each certificate of registration, unless renewed, expires on June first.
