Text
Any money received by the board shall be set forth in an informational budget as described in § 4-7-7.2 and be annually reviewed by the Legislature. Any money received shall be deposited with the state treasurer. The state treasurer shall credit the money to the Abstracters' Board of Examiners account, which account is hereby created. The money in the account shall be used for the purpose of paying the expense of administering and enforcing the provisions of this chapter. The secretary-treasurer shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by this chapter.
