Text
Any abstracter furnishing abstracts of title to real property under the provisions of this chapter shall first obtain a seal and shall deposit an impression of the seal with the secretary-treasurer of the board before the certificate of registration may be issued. The seal shall have stamped on it the name and location of the abstracter that is furnishing the abstracts. The seal shall be affixed to every abstract or certificate of title issued by such abstracter.
