Text
The designated representative identified pursuant to subdivision 36-11A-28(7) shall receive and complete continuing training in applicable federal and state laws governing wholesale distribution of prescription drugs. The information provided under § 36-11A-28 may not be disclosed to any person or entity other than a state board or agency, government board, or government agency, determined to be comparable by the board, provided such licensing authority, government board, or agency needs such information for licensing or monitoring purposes.
