Text
If the majority of ownership of a remote pharmacy changes, the new owners must, within thirty days after the ownership change:
(1)Submit the renewal application prescribed by the board, as provided in § 36-11-72 , indicating the change of ownership; and (2) Pay the renewal fee established by the board, as provided in § 36-11-72 .
