Text
The board shall issue a pharmacy license to a pharmacist in good standing, if the pharmacist:
(1)Submits a form prescribed by the board; and (2) Pays a fee, not to exceed two hundred dollars, set by the board in rules promulgated in accordance with chapter 1-26 .
