§ 36-11-30 — Pharmacy license required--Penalty.

South Dakota·Title 36 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 36-10A PHARMACIES AND PHARMACISTS
A person may not open or operate a pharmacy unless the pharmacy is licensed by the board. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each day of violation is a separate offense.
