Text

The board may, in compliance with chapter 1-26 , suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew a license to practice pharmacy to any person who:

(1)Is guilty of a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude;
(2)Is addicted to the use of alcoholic liquors or narcotic drugs to such an extent as to render the person unfit to practice pharmacy with reasonable skill and safety;
(3)Procured a license by fraud or by false representation;
(4)Is permitting or engaging in the unauthorized sale of legend or controlled drugs or substances; or (5) The board finds to be in violation of any law, rule, or regulation governing pharmacists.
