Text
The board may:
(1)Examine qualified applicants for a license to practice nutrition and dietetics, issue licenses to applicants who meet the requirements established by this chapter, and renew licenses as recommended by the nutrition and dietetics council; and (2) Adopt rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 , that set professional, practice, and ethical standards for licensed nutritionists.
