South Dakota Statutes
§ 36-10-47 — Licensure reinstatement.
Upon written application establishing compliance with licensing requirements and for reasons the State Board of Physical Therapy deems sufficient, the board may, under such conditions as it may impose, reinstate or reissue a license to any person whose license has been suspended or revoked. Upon suspension of a license, the board may provide for an automatic reinstatement after a fixed period of time.
