Text
Each board of county commissioners of each county of this state may, as soon as the money has been appropriated, purchase not more than ten burial plots and provide for the perpetual care of the plots. The title to the burial plots is vested in the State of South Dakota, and permits for burial in the plots shall be issued by the county auditor of the respective county.
