§ 32-7B-3 — Classification of licenses.

South Dakota·Title 32 MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 32-7 REGULATION OF BOAT DEALERS

Any dealer's license issued under this chapter shall be of the following classification:

(1)"Boat dealer's license," to permit the licensee to engage in the business of selling or exchanging new and used boats;

(2)"Used boat dealer's license," to permit the licensee to engage in the business of selling or exchanging used boats only. A license issued in any of the above classifications allows a boat dealer to engage in the business of selling or exchanging new and used boat trailers without a separate license or additional fee.
