Text
Any out-of-state boat dealer may display or sell boats and trailers at an event, if the event lasts two or more days and if the person registers with and purchases a permit from the Department of Revenue at least five days before the event. The person shall pay a fee of two hundred dollars for a ten-day temporary permit. In order to qualify as an event, the event shall be an organized, sponsored event with no less than three licensed boat dealers displaying boats.
