§ 32-7A-8 — Disposition of fees.
South Dakota·Title 32 MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 32-7 DEALERS AND MANUFACTURERS OF MANUFACTURED HOMES AND MOBILE HOMES
The fees collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the state motor vehicle fund.
