§ 32-7A-2 — Established place of business.

For the purposes of this chapter, a principal place of business is an enclosed building or structure either owned in fee or leased, at which a permanent business of bartering, trading, and selling of mobile homes or manufactured homes is carried on. The place of business may not be a tent, temporary stand, or other temporary quarters, nor permanent quarters occupied pursuant to any temporary arrangement. However, a principal place of business may be a mobile home or manufactured home that has been properly mounted either on a permanent foundation or properly anchored and blocked. A licensee may use unimproved lots and premises for sale, storage, and display of mobile homes and manufactured homes.
