Any owner of a motor vehicle may apply for an emblem specialty plate if the owner meets the requirements of §§ 32-5-168 to 32-5-178 . The available specialty plate emblems are as follows:
(1)Organization;
(2)First responder;
(3)Organ donor; and (4) Share the road bicyclist safety.
